I I have not worked out my upper body due to my damned elbow tendonitis for months. I have not rolled and can only due light punching for boxing and that is no fun! It will not go away even when I take a couple weeks off it does not get any better. I went to see a sports med ortho and they said take a couple months off, try a cortisone injection and take a month off or PRP and two weeks off and then work slowly back. He said PRP has the best results.

$750 is a bit cost prohibitive but if I can get back to lifting in a month or two it will be worth it. They will do an ultrasound to see if there is any damage but I am sure it is just a badly inflamed tendon.

I did do a BCP157 cycle with some relief but I lifted light and it went right back to pain.

What do you think? It is causing quality of life issues.

I wonder if a local inj of GH (1 - 2 IU) after the PRP would enhance the healing?

What has helped me drastically in the past for my hands, which were totally phucked w/ trigger fingers and so sore it was extremely painful just touching them. Also helped my shoulders. Get a cortisone shot every 3 mo. until you have maxed out on them. First day can be very painful but it goes away. Take curcumin and as long as surgery is not required then BPC can be helpful.

I had two trigger fingers, bad. Cortisone shot did the trick. I wish all my joint/tendon issues would resolve like that.

Wearing elbow sleeves has helped me the most...outside of any chemical or surgery fix, which I have not done (surgery). My left elbow is pretty bad. About 2 or so years ago, while we were as Disney, I lifted a heavy suitcase into the back of the truck and felt a pop in the elbow, it's been fukked ever since:(

You can add something like Flexall on before the elbow sleeve, and it may or may not help some. I have to avoid a lot of movements and warm-up quite a bit for any kind of bicep movement, or even dumbbell chest flies. Side-lateral shoulder raises sometimes help, but i've been fine on those for a good while now.

My elbow and shoulder have been feeling much better the past 2'ish weeks though, and it's really blowing me away on why!

I started using beef collagen and vit c again prior to workouts, just 17 grams because the shit is expensive. A recent study showed that it seems to help, after some that were conflicting. I also started using my earthing pad, and I bought a pillowcase (earthing) as well.

I'm not saying it's either of the above, but fukk mem it's weird as hell that it all seems to feel better since i've started doing the above. You know, a big fat n=1:D

I even added in low dose 10mg/d tren ace and 25mg/d anavar!

Also, I try as much as I can not to sleep on my elbow when laying on my side.

I may of messed up yesterday. I went with my son to his building where he is starting a business. he and his partner are smart guys but not handy so I did a bunch of work. I was supposed to let it rest for 2 weeks. I am sure i pushed the plasma and platelets out of my tendon so...

I cannot help myself, watching those young men struggle, "Let me do it" HAHAHA. $750 down the drain? Yet to be seen. I hope if I did mess it up I will at least get some benefit.

Anyway I am mad at myself today. I want to train pain free.

I have done BCP, I injected it right into the tendon for a month. It for sure helped but it flared right back up when I stopped. Best relief I have found is one of those tendon things that go around your arm. Adds traction to the tendon so it does not get as much stretch at the head where it hurts.

Anyway, I will lay off everything for the rest of my two weeks and see. I know laying off helps but will it be healed?
