Ok I have read alot of diff things and would like to get all the info into one thread. I would like to know what everyone thinks the best exercise or whatever to get a thick chest. Also feel free to post your own chest workout weight reps etc.

Upside down push ups on a verticle incline with Stunna on your back.....

4-6 rep range heavy
incline bench
dips elbows out
push ups between benches
inverted cable flyes with rasied feet

1# block work....heavy as hell

Heavy incline dumbbells worked best for me...and I think decline barbell,(particularly after not doing them for awhile) really put the finishing touch on there for me.

I do a bunch of incline dumbell presses and dips thats worked wonders for me, atleast thats whats been the main staples of my chest workout

incline dumbell press 6 x failure heavy as possiable
dips 6 x failure
incline reverse grip barbell press 6 x failure
flat dumbell flys 6 x failure as heavy as possiable
dumbell pull overs 6 x failure heavy as possiable

I'd judge from the variety of answers that there isn't 1 way to build up a thicker chest. Just an assortment of factors such as: Time, training intensity, diet, training intensity, diet, training intensity, diet, training intensity, diet, dose, training intensity, diet...

is this your routine every time you train chest?? i mean do you always do 30 sets for chest??
