Thank you @rawdeal @Yano @jipped genes for welcoming me into the community!

Not entirely sure what to put here, never done this before but I guess I’ll start with a bit of history and stats. 24 years old-5’7. Did an inbody scan a couple weeks back and it read me as 19%BF, but I’d guess I’m probably closer to 25. Currently running 400mg Test E a week, which I’m aware is a bit high but I’ve got my reasons and I’ll divulge in a minute.

This was me at 19. Au naturale, not a drop of substances, endogenous testosterone, PEDs, etc. sexy mfer. This was my first semester of college and got into shape to lay some pipe. It worked ;) As you can see I was a bit of an ego lifter. Have been for years. This was the start of my bodybuilding journey. Around this time I’d met my biological father for the first time and was living with him before moving into the dorms. Dude was/is built like a brick shithouse. Multiple tours to Afghanistan and found peace in the iron temple. Started going to get his attention. Some dudes in that gym were 100% on the juice which sparked my curiosity, but didn’t have a source at the time so I was stuck in research mode.

Two years (?) later and ive been through Army BCT and AIT. First unit. Did a cycle of SARMs but cant remember specifically what it was, I know YK11 was in the mix though. Got found out and had to come off cold turkey, no PCT. DIs telling me “you don’t need it man”. Suspect a few of them had dabbled themselves. Took this photo for my first coach who I’d found by an act of God. Met him through his wife who was on my treatment team for a messed up back. Prior to this I’d attempted a deadlift at 550, needless to say that wasn’t smart but I got it up Said wife was also a competitor and linked me to coachie. No drugs in me yet.

So this was somewhere in the middle of my first cycle. Can’t recall dosages but I remember starting off with test, deca, and…something else. In hindsight it was way too much for a first cycle but I figured hey I’ve got a coach, guy competes on a national level. Normally this would be pretty stupid but I’ve got good guidance. Right? Right.

So this was towards the end of that first cycle, but it got a bit spicy. Test, tren, whatever was leftover of the Deca in my system, winstrol, and….something else lol. But I went from 217, to 240 (bulked hard as fuck), to 180. Everyone around me was freaked. People were congratulating me. Had striations for the first time. Veins in strange places
Coach is hyping me up. “You could go pro some day!” Mhmmmm whatever you say bud. I’ll do whatever. Sadly I would exit the Army shortly after and my pro card would have to wait.

Fast forward almost a year later and this is where I’m at. Still hooked up with that good coaching but he more or less lets me do my thing because apparently I knew what I was doing. In these pics I believe I was on 400 tren, 50 Anadrol, and 500 test. I’m living in cornhole, USA, by far the most aesthetical dude around despite the fact I’m probably at 17%? 205? I think. Not sure. It was a year ago though. Peak of my “stupid” phase. Ego lifting like a mf. No cardio, or very little on the off day I got the wild hair. Drinking quite often and almost daily cuz….college. Hoes like to drink ‍♂️ But yeah…would have looked way better but let’s just say I had an ego to it all and something of a death wish.

Unfortunately disaster would strike soon after. Id get married and divorced in the span of 30 days. All my friends walking out left and right. Stopped talking to most of my family. Psychotic break maybe? Maybe it was just the constant weed smoke. It’s a wild story. Way too much to type here. The main drag being I’d stop talking to my coach or rather he would stop talking to me. Just….ghosted. But I managed. Fall 2022.

And this is me now! Well, five months ago. I’d end up hiring another coach who was well….not great? Felt like he was just collecting a paycheck honestly. But by far the most insane cycle yet. 600 tren, 1500 EQ, 500 test. And I believe this cycle is still giving me problems to this day. I’d end up suffering quite a bit of ED, bloat, etc etc etc. Typical results you’d expect from a stupid cycle such as that. But I ended it with that coach because again, paycheck.

I’ll end up taking some more progress pics soon, updating as I go. Currently most of my progression is logged in the form of video which I can’t…put here lol. I’ll also be updating on days I go to the gym with as much detail as I can spare but after a few concussions I’ve got some memory issues. Either daily or semi-regular diet updates as well.


Meal 1

Currently this is my diet. It’s serving me well enough. According to the inbody (if you trust those sorts of machines) I’ve got about 175 pounds of lean mass. My carbs could probably be about 100g higher but I’m in a bit of a hurry to cut down so I can see where I’m truly at and what I need to shape up on. My Delts and Hamstrings have always been a sticking point. I’ve never had good activation in either area.

Currently on 400 test which is a cycle all on its own yes, but after being on so much earlier in the year and dropping down to 250 I was having WAY too many sides. So I upped the test to 400. I wouldn’t say they’re “fixed” but I’m definitely not struggling like I was for a month or two there. I plan to slowly keep dropping the test and increasing work output, and maybe I’ll add in some Cialis for a month or two coming up. I’ll be placing a new order here in about 1.5 weeks give or take.

Needless to say I’m now doing my own thing but in a different way. Im not throwing weight around senselessly like an asshole. I focus more on mind/muscle connection and go to failure, not just chasing the pump and going “well I did 4x12 of this and that, and that’s what I’ve got allotted for the day so I must be done!”. Ugh. Idiot. Wish I could redo the last couple of years sometimes. But here we are!

I’m debating on whether I’ll ever actually touch tren again outside of a contest cycle. Or many drugs outside of test for that matter. Maybe the occasional winny cycle in the summer. Perhaps some Primo if I could find the good stuff. Deca maybe, but I’ve learned a healthy respect for 19Nors this past year.

Thanks for taking the time to read this far and thank you to those who welcomed me into the community. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, or just generally shooting the shit is also welcome. I’ll be here a lot methinks, updating as I go along. Feel free to tell me how young and dumb I was!

Whoa ... good looking Log! That business about posting 2 parallel Logs is no biggie, just part of how a new "Boards" home can be confusing.

Imho, I'd say keep us going with your progress in this one, and let the other one go.

23.7 oz chicken breast
16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
Two cups Rice

1/2 pecan snickers

Water: Half-Gallon
Diet mtn dew: 26oz
Zero cal sweet tea: 45 ounces

Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
45 minutes incline tread 3.0/9

Recap:
Achieved muscular failure in chest+triceps. Had to cut shoulders short, will add to Leg day. Under-consumed macronutrient goals on top of eating junk. Do better.

Good intro brother! A lot to unpack. First, your coaches before sucked. I hate to coach shame, being a coach myself, but that is way too much gear for someone not competing at the national level. Even then I think it is too much. 400 test may be or may not be too much for a cruise. Get labs done and see how your health is at that dose. Some guys have no problem and others start to really decline above 200-250 for extended periods of time. Your estrogen may be a bit high as well, which will impact your ability to lose bodyfat.

A good rule of thumb, use as much test as you can before your estrogen goes out of range and/or your health markers go to shit. This is for cruising and blasting. If you blasting and you have a set number you want to get to, say 1 gram of gear then add in some DHT to get you there. If 400 mg of test is your limit then add in primo and mast. Stay away from orals and the toxic compounds like tren. They have their uses, like the end of contest prep or for a strength competition, but other than that the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Brother, thank you so much for this. No offense taken, those guys were both horseshit in their own special way. Blood work soon absolutely. Can only imagine what thats gonna look like after the disaster cycle of ‘24.
