I had my lft shoulder upper bicept attachment repaired about 3 yrs ago and what was supposed to take 6 mo. to be 100% finally feels 100%. However, my rt shoulder is now starting to act up. Couple of things that seem to really help is ice pack for 20 min. after working out, heat cream every morning and prior to working out which seems to get good blood flow in the area which is needed for healing as that area doesnt get very good blood flow. Curcumin 100mg day really helps with joint pain/inflamation. I also started taking collegen 100-200mg day. It seems to really help but my Dr. said the molecules in collegen supps. are to large to be effective. So I'm up in the air on that one. Wonder what others think?
