Workouts are going great lately. Keep in mind that my current goal is leaning out and waking up some muscle memory. I've been splitting up my workout: chest, bi's, legs, back & shoulders, Tri's. I've been taking off 2 days a week at random. I quit checking my weight last week when I threw out the scale but the mirror says my body is happy about the volume. Once I lean out enough that I don't feel like a fat ass, I'll start increasing weight & cals, lowering volume, and probably change up the weekly split. Slow and steady, all injuries aside, I'm still making progress.

oh for sure. i meant after it gets going in the system. just knowing that you have that regular basis is very helpful all around in so many ways. always thought i felt good in general even with the low test, but having a consistent basis without the ups and downs has helped so much.

Finally feel like I'm back in the groove. Feeling huge when I leave the gym. Mostly high volume workouts but I still seem to be putting on some size. Traps and arms are filling out. I've kept the legs days limited to heavy resistance bike until my back doc gives me the go ahead to start lifting heavier. I havnt had my back lock up in almost 3 months so I think the stabilizing muscles are getting stronger. I'm gonna look like a bitch when I start squatting again. I don't know if I'll be able to do deads anymore though.

To address a couple questions brought up in a pm: I'm dealing with cubital tunnel I'm my left elbow, tendonitis in both elbows, lateral scoliosis, and degenerative disc syndrome. So basically almost everything is kinda fucked up. I've been able to go kinda heavy on almost everything. Still waiting for a thumbs up from the docs to do deads or squats
