The keys to fitness success 101

Most everyone you will find in a gym more than likely has a specific goal in mind. The 2 most common mindsets are: Men look to loose some belly fat and build some muscle, while women are all about ?toning? the arms, legs, and tightening up loose skin.

These goals are all fine and dandy, but what steps are you taking to get to that goal?

First thing?s first, it all starts with your state of mind. A winning attitude, will always prevail over a defeated one. This is critical to ensure maximum level of dedication, because if your heads not in it, then you will quickly burn yourself out.

What?s your support structure like? Your goals being self guided is important, but the aid and support of other?s around you is crucial in order to stay on the good path.

Are you logging? The first level of nutritional accountability start?s with the food log. This is the blueprint to what works vs. what doesn?t for you and is an easy reflection for the good and bad days.

Just one example of the many ways to log!

Commit to your routine. If your newer to the fitness world and seem unsure, either research of pay for a detailed and specific workout routine and nutritional guidance that you can stick with for minimum of 12-16wks.

All of these tools are useless though without accountability!

I caution you to be mindful that unless your near your goal tune out all the non-sense of ?cheat day/meal? as all it takes is one bad meal to stop your body from being in the state of Lipolysis (burning fat for fuel).

Hold all the key?s to success and you will succeed in you fitness goals.
