Someone fill me in on TID history.

I have no idea why this bothered me from the get-go but that weight on that bar just drives me crazy. Those different dia. plates weird me out. I'm sure it would make no difference but walking up to that for a pull would bother the shit out of me.

Anyone have the exact weight of that? I'm going with 505lbs.

There is 305+ the bar so 350lbs.

3 X 45 = 135 * 2 = 270
1 X 10 = 10 * 2 = 20
1 x 5 = 5 *2 = 10
1 X 2.5 = 2.5 * 2 = 5

270+20+10+5 = 305 + 45 (bar) = 350

LK, I had no idea you could add that high!

We all know you've never seen 305 on one of your bars. Unless you were spotting someone else, of course....

The plates have an indentation along the outerperiphery. So each of the 45s have two outer edges that protrude from the inner portion. You have to kind of look closely. Each 45 are not three skinny plates.

I was thinking 25kg plates and not 20kg plates. Could they be old school 50kg plates. I've seen some like that but I remember them being thicker.

I figured 205kg + collars... so 451 or thereabouts.
