LOL, I'm sitting here eating Walmart great value brand 1% milkfat small curd cottage cheese when I see this thread. I really don't care what brand of cottage cheese, just as long as it only has 1% or no more than 2% milkfat. I usually have one cup of cc with 1/4 cup raisins and some sunflower seeds or almond slivers or pumpkin seeds added. I normally eat this before going to bed, but sometimes will also eat during the day as snack which is what I'm doing now. Haven't tried it with pepper or hotsauce as some have suggested, but I intend to. Bottom line, it's not my favorite food, but it does have its place on the training table.
