Calves sucked for me but only tried it once. My favorite for TNE is 1/2 in each bi/tri. Hit some light ext/curl super sets to warm up and the taste almost knocks you on your ass.Nope. I use calves for tne preworkout. Never had a problem with it ever. Traps on the other hand made me wish I was dead.
