Great info. Thanks! No, I haven't been scoped. I've put my BPH on hold as I've had heart issues this past year. The month after my second jab (don't know if it's related or not), I developed atrial flutter, BP and heartrate increased. Spent 5 days in ICU, and had multiple PEs while in ICU. Doc said I likely wouldn't have made it if I hadn't already been IV'd up in the ICU. Will be going into the hospital in a few weeks for some heart medication (takes 2-3 days to "tune" the dose), and then getting an ablation done in a couple weeks after that. Hoping that fixes the flutter for good.

Then I feel better about turning my attention to the BPH.
Dealt with a-fbi a few years back, then lots of PVCs, MRI showed some fibrosis and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy but last echo was fine and haven't had any issues with a-fib in years and almost no PVCs now, just PACs and no correlation to anything, they come and go. No family history, CT angiogram score was zero. They have no idea why. Took 4 years to get that shit under control, same here now time for the BPH. Keeping BP down is the most important thing any of us can do, esp when young if you want to avoid the heart issues. Aging will fuck you over no matter what you do though.

I've had BP on the high side of normal since I was 30, and I probably should have been on medication to keep it lower. I'm on it now! LOL Looking forward to getting this flutter taken care of so that I can do more aggressive cardio and get back into better shape. Fortunately, all the heart evaluation revealed no heart enlargement or thickening of the walls. My plumbing looks good, just the electrical system needs attention. I'm glad my AAS use over the past 15 years has been low dose test with supplemental compounds periodically.

From the archives for general interest. The women experienced considerably more virilization on test prop than Mast prop.

Older chain, I know...but have you prostate guys tried half- dosing cialis to reduce your BPH issue? I use low dose cialis as an ancillary pretty regularly and don't have prostate problems. If you google it, there is enough evidence to back up it's usefulness regarding BPH.
