Anyone tried Tesofensine. It has been researched as a way to treat obesity via its ability to reduce appetite. This molecular compound indirectly stimulates the cholinergic system and showed to be more successful than other weight loss agents. Tesofensine (TE) increases transmission of 3 monoaminergic neurotransmitters in the brain, serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine.

No, it is hard for me to justify spending $ on something that I can do myself. Cutting/dieting does suck though but it is part of it for me. I like doing things that are uncomfortable and take discipline but I guess I have a masochistic streak with self abuse. I guess we all do or we would just go to the gym and do light circuits and cardio kickboxing.

Can't say that I know anything about it. At this point with all the GLP/GIP agonists on the market, it really just comes down to price. Retatrutide is being sold at $50 for 5 mg by some pretty reputable sources. Microdosing .5 mg twice a week pretty much takes all the edge off cravings, so $10 a week.... really fucking hard to beat.

My wife is going to get started on the RETA this week. She also wanted to try the Tesofensine it was very inexpensive. The cravings is what my wife has issues with and the Semaglutide wasn't enough. She just turned 62 and it is getting harder and harder to drop any weight.

OK, got the wife started on RETA today, 250mcg. She is also doing 250mg of Tesofensine for the 2nd day. Already yesterday, she said she had almost no appetite from just 250mg of Tesofensine. With the RETA, I also threw in 1iu of HGH.
