Anyone have tendinitis? I have been out of the gym for 2 months due to surgery, so I know it not a injury. I am having elbow and shoulder pain. Both on left side. Today I had shoulder and traps. I was able to do front db raises with 0 pain, but was unable to do lateral db raises with out pain. Not even 5lbs. Couldn't even get the DB up to shoulder hight.I have had pain in the past but just the elbow but now my shoulder is hurting the most. Research is saying it's tendinitis. I have had the pain in elbow before and it comes and goes. Now its elbow and shoulder. Just when i thought i would be getting back to the gym. What do you think? What do you take for it? Any recommendations? I am on trt 120mg a week maybe add in some deca or BPC 157? I'll tell ya sucks getting old..

Bro, been fighting tendonitis in my elbows for months. I got a very expensive PRP inject in my right elbow. I did not think it helped but it is 90% better while my left is terrible.

I did BPC157 for 2 months at a moderate dose and really got nothing from it. Best thing I have found is to take the time off and do physical therapy for the tendons that are inflamed. Takes a while to get better but it is the only cure.

I just don't get it. I been out of work and gym for 2 months. So I don't get why my tendons are so inflamed. Should be well rested

Yesterday was a off day. Shoulder still screaming. I have had the heating pad on all night. Back and Biceps today will definitely lay off the overhead pull downs. Prob call my Dr next week see if I can get a cortisone shot see if that helps.

Cortisone will make you feel great but the pain comes back in a couple weeks in my experience. I pretty much do no upper body work at all to spare my elbows.

Do you have tight biceps or forearms? I noticed elbow discomfort subsided after consistently stretching my forearms & biceps. Some bio majors that were in my scientific drawing class said it’s beneficial to stretch the opposing muscles if things are tight or bound up… for instance, upper back pain can often be relieved by stretching the pecs.

Others may have not had good results with BPC 157 but to me that shit was magic. I had to quit lifting for a few years due to tendon issues. I was at work one day and crammed in a weird position working in a flare. Shoulder started hurting and a few days later my elbow as well. Over the next 7 months it got pretty severe and never felt better from one day to the next. I started the peptides and after 6 weeks I was completely better. Shoulder, elbow, everything… I started working out again and noticed my other shoulder is getting that way so I’m back on them again.

That was going to be my first go to, but it’s actually horrible for joint longevity. I tried acupuncture, and it helped initially then stopped working. That’s when I decided I had nothing to lose going the peptide route.
