I didn't have much time the other day so I checked out a few examples of "ten minute chest workouts" and I did this...doesn't sound too tough, but I was lit!!!!

Dumbbell Supine (Flat on the Floor) Flyes: 3 sets of 15 reps (15 seconds b/w sets)
Without resting and using the same weight used for flyes go directly into:
Dumbbell Floor Press(Using the Same Weight as Used for Flyes):3 sets of 15 reps (15seconds b/w sets)
After dumbell presses rest 1 minute then:
Push-ups With Feet on Raised Surface: 3 sets to failure (resting 15 seconds b/w sets)
Exercise Notes:
If you aren't lit by the end of this quick blast, you need to add more weight or a fourth set to each exercise. I only used two 40lb dumbbells and I was DONE!!!
On final exercise raise feet 10-12 inches...an aerobic "step-up" platform is perfect.
Don't underestimate this quick chest workout...it doesn't look like much, but when it's over you have a new respect for it!!!
