T4 Dosage with GH

So how much T4 are you guys taking per day with your gh? I'm at 5IU a day and 100mcg. Should I be bumping the dose up on the T4? Also how long do you run the T4 for?

I start out for a couple days with 100mcg's then bump up to 200mcg's and usually run for around 6 weeks.

That Anthony Roberts article suggests 100-200 mcg per 2 iu of HGH

Have you guys noticed your strength drops a bit on T4/T3? Mine seems to... It's somewhat irritating.

That's why I haven't used thyroid meds in a while. Hate it when they affect my strength.

Get blood work done and then go from there. My doctor started me at 25 mcg twice per day, just had blood work done and it was a little low still, so now at 30 mcg twice per day. I use 5 iu per day of Serostim. Without blood work you're just guessing. You don't want to be taking more thyroid hormone than you need to stay in normal range.

Never had an issue with strength loss with t4 that I'm aware of. I've heard t3 can be a hindrance at times at higher doses.

I have read weightlifting in general has been shown to decrease serum concentration of t4 and also that it will decrease concentrations lower at night.

id pretty much stay on one dose for a while. then drop down a bit just to make sure you can get back to normal thyriod function. So if your doing 150-200mcg, drop down to 50/75mcg for 2-3wks every 10-12wks.

Even at 50mcg, thats 12.5 of T3. So that should still provide a good kick while not leaving your stuck using it for life.
