Hey guys,

I've been running the rips at 1.5IIU/day for the past couple months, and intend to maintain that dosing schedule.

For those of you who supplement with T3 or T4 during GH, what is your dosing on the T3. I was thinking either 12.5mcg or 25mcg/day. Any thoughts, or does anyone think it's unnecessary at this low GH dose?

I remember reading t4 is beter...something about conversion and not surressing nat gh more maybe ... But t 4 sticks out in my mind. Getting ready to run 3 iu myself and ordered some t4. Not to higjack bro but has anyone used cjc or ghrp or imp in conjunction with gh..like 100 mcg ghrp2 followed by 3 iu 30 min later? Just curious

T4 is crap. it has to convert to T3 in your body and some people dont convert efficiently. why not just take T3? they both suppress your TSH the same anyway.

Yea that's ass-Hat but there is some merit to the t-4 to t-2 and t-3 and there active roles as well. Although T-3 is the most important. He of course stoll some of this from Karl.

At least we all agree that AR is a weenie. It's my understanding that you want to take in just enough of whatever to replenish the depleted T3 caused by the GH, is that correct? You're not trying to use the T3 for weight loss or any other purpose.

True , but remember when first starting GH T3 will go up for a-while and then start to decline. For what it's worth when I added t-4 with t3 I didn't get that edgey feeling some get. t3 is still the main one you need.
