I've seen it taken in combination with clen to lose weight, taken initially in small doses and gradually working your to one-pill ev'ry other day, or one a day. that should only be taken while on cycle, not off. No issues were noticed once they came off. I avoid thyroid adjusters and slin altogether for on the principle of not fncking up something other than my muscles.
