Felt good going in today. Weight is still at 269 so I'm happy. Keeping it where I want.
Gonna drop Misha pulls b/c the gym owner sold the bench I would use to set up the lift. I'll just do RDL w/ bar and then SLDL +band for Assisting lifts.
It definitely takes a toll lifting by myself. I find that sometimes I have to nut up and push myself.

Deadlift (conventional)~ 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x2, 450x1, 500x1, 515x1, 530x1, 530x2 r.band orange
Machine OHP + red band (each arm)~ bar x many, 45x10, 110x7, 120x6, 130x5, 140x3
Koklyaev Deadlift~ 315x5, 345x5
Hammer Curl~ 50x10, 50x10
The r.band set up doesn't take much off the bar which is great so I really still work. Belt and Oly straps 450 and up.
Elbow sleeves on all sets
Couldn't set up correctly so ditched it b/c I didn't want to risk injury.
