I feel better definitely more energy, still working on a way to keep my energy level up i tend to fatigue in the later part of the day after my last snack till i can eat dinner was wondering if there any other good foods to eat that i can keep my energy level up. Yes i have started to lose weight already starting to slim down. But i feel like i have slowed down so not sure how to go farther from here. I'm not sure if its time to introduce supplements or not looking for your advice.That looks really solid. How do you feel? Notice any changes in your body yet?
