I'm cheap and simple , 400 test 200 ace does me just fine if I got the extra scratch I'll toss in 300 mast or so and I can run it quite a while with no sides or issues to speak of maybe a sleepless night or two but no big anxiety or freak outs. When I'm not worried about weight or holding water, 500 test 300 deca 50 drol a day and blow the fuck up like the Hulk.

Finished off contest season at 40 mg test prop, 40 mg mast e and 25 mg tren a a day, which I pulled 10 days out and switched to 40 mg winstrol a day then 100 mg a day the last few days. This is the highest cycle I ran in a decade and talk around backstage at Nationals, was 5-10x less than what most of the guys were running.

Stayed off everything for a week after the show and added in 200 mg of glutathione a day. Now doing 20 mg test prop, 10 mg test cyp and 15 mg mast e a day. I will slowly drop the prop and increase the cyp each week until it is just cyp and mast e then I will bring the mast e up to match the cyp. I was thinking about straight blasting a bunch of gear this growth season to try and put on as much mass as possible, but decided to let the food do most of the work. That and insulin and GH. Instead of keeping the GH at 2-4 iu like usual. I am going to titrate it up each week until I am cruising at 8 iu for most of the growth season. The plan is not to carb cycle, as it causes me to binge eat and just try and get in 300-400 g protein, 400-500 g carbs and 50-60 g of fat each day. Leveraging lantus and humalog as needed. I pull labs at least every 2 months, so I will be paying attention to insulin a lot and if a diet break is need to bring sensitivity back, so be it. I have 26-28 weeks to grow before I hit the maintenance phase of 4-6 weeks then contest prep starts all over again. After that, it is blast time.
Just curious, if you're pinning ED, why use both the test prop and the test cyp? Why not just run the prop ED? And when you drop the prop and up the cyp, will you still be pinning ED, or do you intend to go to EOD or 2x/week?

GF you'd be a good lab rat for Retatrutide regarding binge eating from carb cycling and insulin insensitivity from GH wo having to use insulin. Might be worth running for a while and see how it goes.

Already tried it. Works really, really well for curbing appetite for normal meals. Did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to stop binge eating. Sorry I had to edit this. That is not entirely true, it limited the amount of food in a binge. Instead of crushing 5000-7000 calories in a binge. It might have only been 3000-5000 calories before I was full. That was at .75 mg a day.

I absolutely hate test prop, but it has its uses, like bringing up blood serum levels faster than cyp. I pin all esters every day. Less negative effects and I have always found the positive effect much greater. Less aromatization, keeps RBC and hemoglobin lower, test levels are higher at lower doses, etc...

Pinning doesn't bother me. With AAS, peptides, insulin and GH I am doing between 5-8 pins a day. I have never had a problem microdosing. The only time I have issues is when I pin more than a ml at a time.

Interesting, as I really like the prop. What don’t you like about it? PIP?

I get extreme PIP from every prop I have ever tried. I have even brewed my own at 50 mg/ml. It didn't matter. Even .1 ml leaves a lump.

That's a pretty low dose which makes Reta way more affordable. How long did you take it? Did you start lower and ramp up? I was going to order some Reta then decided to just move and try Tirz first since Reta has reports of heart arrythmias.

I tried it at .5 mg a day at first and then moved up to .75 mg a day. I can attest to the arrythmia. I had some irregular heartbeats with it. I ran it for 3-4 weeks. If you think that is a pretty low dose, I am not sure what high is. That is 5.25 mg a week, which is an entire bottle. I am not paying $500+ a month for something that really doesn't work that great or that I need. I just gave it a try on contest prep to see if it would make it a little less miserable. It was the same level of misery. Haha.

I totally missed the part where you wrote "a day." I was thinking per week.

0.75 mg per day is a decent dose, that's 5.25 mg a week. Interesting. I find that dosing of the GLP-1 drugs is very individualized. Some do fine on lower doses, others have more sides than benefits, others need more or a different GLP/GIP/GLUC drug.

I think if you are prone to heart arrhythmia, the stimulating effects on cardiac tissue could bring them out. The NEJM PII study really didn't show anything significant cardiac wise in doses under 8 mg/wk, increased resting HR was noted with increasing doses (+3 at 4 mg/wk to + 6 BPM at 12 mg/wk). Very likely individual responses. Can't imagine it would be worse than EPH or CLEN.
