Ok this is starting to be a concern to me. I have several "Superficial subcutaneous lipoma". Fatty Tumors is a more common term used and as my BF goes down and the muscle beneath the fat develops, these are getting more noticeable. Its just a bump that you can kinda feel and wiggle around and theyre mostly present on my abdomen and left obliques, but i have a couple smaller ones in my forearms. the ones that are starting to show more are around the obliques and ribcage. It really sucks that the more fat i loose the more these are going to show, its really ugly. Theres probly arount 20 total, some really small a couple the size of a nickel. I have has the first few cut out when i was around 15 years old and didnt have a problem with them for years. over the last 5-10 years though i have aparently been growing these ugly bastards under my beer gut. Has anyone else had these? What did you do to get rid of them? I have heard there are several methods from liposuction to spot injections to break up the adipis tissue.

i see these daily in animals. they are very common in dogs. sucks that you have to put up with them. i think the largest tumor ever found was a huge lipoma in a womens abdomen that was like 150# or something. anyway, it is an encapsulated ball of fat. i would think that to successfully have them removed than one would have to have the entire capsule removed and not just suck the fat out of it. a good surgeon should be able to do it minimally invasive but if you have that many you will continue to get them so it will be a life long battle for you.

I have them in my arms and a few in my legs as does my dad. I compete and it's a non issue, but they are not in my abs. My old man simply when in and had them cut out on an out patient basis.

I have had a couple removed 15+ years ago. I dont really want to have them cut out like that again because i dont want a bunch of scars all over my abdomen. I have read about a liposuction style method and a spot injection that can break them up. Unfortunatly Military health care is a pain in the ass so i have to get referred to a "specialist" to be seen by a plastic surgeon. My chances of getting anything other than the knife are slim, but if a woman in the military can get Breast Implants without paying for anything except the cost of the implant, i dont see why i cant get these removed.

really, implants for next to nothing. LOL i dont think i would want an army surgeon working on my boobs! one would be facing east and the other north or south!

dont blame you on the scars and such. dogs dont care about scars :)

I have one on my side. I shoot it with PGCL and it will go away for a couple months. It's painful when I lean out.....that's when I shoot it the most. When I have a little fat on I don't notice it as much.....but when i'm lean it sucks ass. PGCL....poop.....say good night for a while.

You could try mesotherpy treatment or find lipostabil on the market and do it yourself with a slin pin. Its very effective for spot reduction, but it requires multiply pinnings and take about a week for the swelling to go down.
