Not sure if you're being serious or not but I'll bite.I guess I was a big unclear. I didn't mean to shoot 3cc's subQ just if a 25g was considered a slin pin.

A slin pin is an insulin syringe.
As in the needle and syringe come together.
Usually a 1cc syringe with a pre-attached small gauge needle.
You can use small gauge needles on a 3cc syringe but that wouldn't be considered a slin pin
Thx for the reply. I'm not bullshitting you...just that much of a newb. I'm researching pins now and was hoping to buy just one size that I could do subq/IM and maybe more than 1cc per shot....kind of a "do it all" type pin. I was thinking maybe a 25g 1" with a 3cc syringe. Sound reasonable?
I wouldn't use 25g for subQ. I use 25 for IM. Personally I wouldn't go any bigger than 27 for subQ, preferably 29 and no longer than 5/8"I would only do .5 cc for subq and >1cc for IM. Just wondering if a 25x1" would be a good option or maybe even a 27gX5/8?
