Stretch chair

My personal trainer got one of these and brought it in. Havent used it yet. Cant wait. Its a leg stretcher and u turn the dial to stretch inner thigh.

Those are fantastic. I had one years ago when I trained in Tae Kwon Do. Mine had a hydraulic pump kind of like a floor jack you would crank on the side and it would force the stretch then a release to let it back in. Made it easy to stretch for high kicks. Hur like hell during the stretch but great afterward.

Yeah, when I saw the OP I thought about how similar things might be in use in various martial arts, gymnastics, ballet, etc. Last year's internet gymnastics sensation, Katelyn Ohashi musta used something to be able to do those high in the air pussy split landings she did. I watched her vids "once or twice" before the novelty wore off :p

Yeah, I still have one of those hanging from storage hooks in my basement, just in case me or my kid ever take karate again. I got mine in the 90's but I'm like the 3rd owner.
