working graveyard shift limits my window for caffeine intake..I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day, and am done caffeine intake by 5am...I only have one session a week where I could take a typical caffeine loaded pre...I used to take Intrabolic to help make it through a session, but it never really gave me an extra jump start, just kinda of kept me capable of getting through...

only supps now are Green Mag, Orange Triad, Whey Tech 24, and S'mores Poptarts (do Pop Tarts keep my Natty status?)...

    any suggestions?

with your limitations, no...although I can sleep after a cup of coffee. I would carb up a little extra if I were you - 60-90 mins pre-wo.

For a boost pre workout I use Now Foods MCT oil or a teaspoon of organic whole peanut butter and drink some BCAA .

If you want to go down the ready mixed route look into Transparent Labs pre series stim free .

It's been a while since I've looked into Supps that aren't protein and/or creatine...lot of different style "Stim-Free" pre workouts now...

have been looking at these (listed in order of most likely to purchase) :

yea...the only reason I'm really even considering it is because my last 2 Monday sessions, I threw back an energy drink, and actually felt great while lifting...I already take in around 70g of carbs 60-90 mins prior, and while it helps overall endurance, energy level still feels low...coming off of graveyard shift doesn't make it any easier...

Stim free pre-workout? Isn't that an oxymoron?
