Looking good Cabo. You are about 1% of the population over 50. Shit, maybe 1/2% of the population. Keep banging away and carry that mass into your 70 plus. I think at our age it's about keeping what we have and slowly if possible building on that. Stay healthy and stay away from ever fitting a medium shirt again.

When I got back in the gym a few months back I started out with a friend that was 49yo he fell off after a few weeks then recently he told me his friends doctor told him lifting is not good at his age I just rolled my eyes and he told me when I'm his age I'd be crippled.. It kind of pissed me off lol... He just turned 50yo last week so I was happy to show him ur pic and told him that your 50yo he just looked at it quietly for a minute... Thanks for posting ur progress keep up the hard work! I hope to be you in a few short years!! Not my skinny fat friend lol...
