sticking point training

need help please.geting stuck about 2 inches off my chest on reg bench press,how can i break threw this,been doing floor presses,close grips and weighted dips,any advice will be great,thanks:confused:

First, are you benching correctly? Second you should post your routine for upper body and percentage of your 1rm that you are working at. Are you doing any dynamic lifting days?

I have the same problem so i started using bands and doing pin presses. It seemed to help.

OHP would help as an accessory for such a low sticking point. Bands and chains for explosiveness or speed helped me as well with a similar problem.
