looks like DW is on to something... still not clear about them being able to just open packages on a whim w/o a warrant... doesn't sound right... mail is still classified as "Personal Property"

What my thoughts were is that he was already suspect because this is a small town... The package was poorly packed and had residue or the seal was "broken"... the PO called an inspector... inspector opens it and then they called the local police....

All in all...anyone at the PO is FEDERAL... so to equate them with FBI, FDA or whomever is not the same... they are feds... but not the same caliber...

We can hypothesize until our fingers are numb... Like it was said... until the official report comes out... we have to rely on the mullet wrappers...

unfortunately they can just open it under suspicion and guess what, suspicion can be anything. Also, UPS and fedEx have there own department (im not sure what the name is) but they dont need a warrant. If something is suspicious they can open it as well. Never use ups or fedex, they are even worse.

i say the best thing to do with post office workers is talk and become friends with them....ive been going to the same post office for many years now and i know just about everyone there by name...Hell even the females that work there i flirt with them and they flirt back....just harmless flirting....Knowing your surroundings is the best thing to do....When u becomes freinds there is no suspicion .....They all know by bussiness is old collectable stuff containing to marvel comic books and such....It pays to mingle and bullshit people ....Plus to mention most of the workers there are black people and those people are more chilled back then most nosiy ass white people....Like i siad if that dude knew his surroundings he would have travel to texas which is like a little over a hour drive to do bussiness ....He wouldnt be watse line full of shit...

youll only get 1/4 of what actually went down. im sure you can find better use of your time like watching internet porn or eating pancakes cause until you see the court docs the news is just writing scripts for local tv to keep interest lol.

"Narcotic" huh.. I agree, nosy fuckers.

"During deliberations, the American Medical Association (AMA), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as well as the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) all opposed listing anabolic steroids as controlled substances, citing the fact that use of these hormones does not lead to the physical or psychological dependence required for such scheduling under the Controlled Substance Act. Nevertheless, anabolic steroids were added to Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act in the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 1990."

Just sucks no matter how u look at it.....i was good friends with my old mailman and he said noone even bats an eye over small packages ...

That being said, alot just depends on where you live...some places there's never much of a problem, other places shit gets seized all the time..

This sound weird to anyone: my old mailman got his 2nd DWI, so they set up a new route for him so he could walk...

I just thought it was funny having a mailman that had to walk the route because of a 2nd.DWI

Feds can pretty much do what they want at this point, whether they are just dealing with the mail all the way up the flag pole. If they had even mere suspicion, that pack was going to be opened.
