1 key of only Testosterone just Test was found and the Feds were on it with Customs, Postal and City with a controled delivery.

Either the people of that City (SORRY) are fucking stupid morons playing Boss Hog and Enus or they are holding the truth and still are going after what was set out to be busted.

I'm not more of thinking he got ratted on then what is it he is saying to get the Feds off his back!

Sorry but this bust just pisses me off!

One more thing I look at!

When in hell does Federal let City take over a bust NEVER IMO, with Customs, US Postal, Federal and City and he only get busted by City Police smells like something much bigger that went wrong in this kids favor if you ask me!

Often times they will detain him at city until he can be transported to a federal city. it can take several days. Your thinking too deep on this one. It happens all the time. They can be building more on him but they gave him that one charge for now. plus, they can hold you for 72hrs without charging you. so if he was busted on thursday they can really leave him in city until monday before transporting him on federal charges.

ive been to lake charles many of times...they are the most nosiy people around...and im not bullshitting...They keep it that way for a reason...then right by that u have Dequincy...They are just as bad...I worked up there for a week and u cant take a shit without somone knowing about it...dw

i wantted to add also...i know how the shit went down,,,Hes been getting packs from china...and he was going to the same post office ...Those workers there are geared to look for strange activity ....So after so many packs coming in they open the shit up just to see whats inside......aND ITS NOT AGAINST THE LAW....Because of the terror act ....Being that lake charles is such a noisy place he should have had stuff sent to orange texas....atleast they are more lacks about being nosiy....Just a bad call on the dude ....Lack of experiance and not knowing his surroundings ....dw

Benoit was booked into Jennings City Jail after the investigation into a package that was to be delivered to an address in the City of Jennings disclosed powder testosterone (steroids).

Federal and Postal authorities, along with Jennings Police Investigators determined the package to be destined for Benoit and subsequently led to his arrest.

That sounds like he was using a second address or fake name becaue they wouldn't have to determine shit if shipped to his home in his name.

People that play this fucking ship my crap to a place not of their own with fake names are why they get busted they are so stupid thinking they are so afraid to get caught they do dumb shit that leads to suspicion.

It's the fucking US Postal don't you know they know what every address is for God sakes WAKE the fuck up!

I watched on the news how they determine paks right away as drugs or illegal in them mail, overly tapped and fake names is the very 1st thing they look at. They busted a marijuana ring from Jamaica to here by mail.

Now of course smell and spills are a give away but only a moron would ship with strong sent or not protecting from spills.

There has to be more too it for them to monitor his mail even just for a key!

The thing you must remember is that news stories often report incorrect and misleading information. Relying on and dissecting a news story to figure out a situation more often than not will lead to incorrect conclusions. I used to send corrections to my local newspaper back in the day, then I stopped as they didn't give a crap if what they printed was accurate.

youll only get 1/4 of what actually went down. im sure you can find better use of your time like watching internet porn or eating pancakes cause until you see the court docs the news is just writing scripts for local tv to keep interest lol.

looks like DW is on to something... still not clear about them being able to just open packages on a whim w/o a warrant... doesn't sound right... mail is still classified as "Personal Property"

What my thoughts were is that he was already suspect because this is a small town... The package was poorly packed and had residue or the seal was "broken"... the PO called an inspector... inspector opens it and then they called the local police....

All in all...anyone at the PO is FEDERAL... so to equate them with FBI, FDA or whomever is not the same... they are feds... but not the same caliber...

We can hypothesize until our fingers are numb... Like it was said... until the official report comes out... we have to rely on the mullet wrappers...

trust me bro...if the post office THINKS there is drugs or wepons in a sealed pack they can open it up without warrant..They can say anything to cover there ass to give warrant to open a seal package...It would be up to you to prove other wise that they didnt have warrant to open the pack..Its there word against yours ...And allready your the guilty one with a package that has drugs in it....When the patriot act was passed it weakened our consititutional rights as far as our privacy rights....The goverment workers such as the post office people have the right to open any packs if they feel its a threat....dw

USPIS can open anything but First Class letters and parcels without a warrant. FC mail falls under the Fourth Amendment. That being said USPIS is a federal agency and proving suspicion to a judge probably doesn't take much for them. That being said USPIS is not your local mail carrier or the average worker at a USPS sort facility or PO worker. What's legal and what is done and easily covered up however are 2 separate matters.
