I was curious to which TID members prefer and which provides greater benefits

Do you use this on cylce/off cycle - does it matter?

I prefer steam over dry, but when there's 5 feet of snow on the ground I don't give a flying Fcuk, i'm sitting in whatever is available.

Otherwise, I use it to warm up, increase circulation, and clean out my pores.

I love the feeling of sitting in the sauna on a non workout day. Sometimes I will do the rotating circuit of sauna, steam room, shower and repeat but most of the time 20 minutes in the sauna at around 170 is perfect.

Love the Steam but even love it more with eucalyptus in the steam, completely clears me up so good to breath that in, if you've never done it, it's worth doing.
