    Hey all
so I'm about to leave for a 2 week vacation and could use some help with some exercises that I can do in a hotel room. I'd figure anything from bodyweight exercises to core workouts would be ideal?

Take the stairs and don't order drinks from the waiter, get up and walk to the bar :)

Most decent hotels have a fitness room these days and there's also long walks on the beach...

Personally, when I'm on vacation I don't exercise/workout. I'm there to eat bad, relax, and take in the sites.

I know you said exercises you can do in your room, but do you know if the hotel has any type of fitness center. Most do now, and this is what use if my gym doesn't have a location where I'm visiting.

That’s the way to go. The weights will still be there when you get home. Just enjoy vacation, they don’t come or last long enough

Don’t check it, just take it as your carry on
