No one likes back fat and unfortunately it is often the last to go. Guys can look like they are one week out from a show from the front then they turn around and you see their lower back and they are still like 6-8 weeks out. It really sucks. Even worse when you are older.

Easy way to save a few bucks and keep the calories up is Tuna and Barilla plus pasta. Not necessarily mixed but those 2 are a good source of protein and can be had fairly cheap as opposed to steak. Look into the BP Pasta for sure. Very high in complex carbs and very high in protein.
