It's honestly amazing how things change in your life as you get older...I mean obviously we see it taking place with older relatives etc...but there comes a point
when you really start to take inventory and either make a big decision to stay on the same course or strive for something different for whatever reason...
I frickin love RR for being the strong woman she is and I don't just mean physically...
Thankyou ! never slow down never grow old right. Im no where near the end yet. I may jump in and do open at this comp ,as well as masters. Ive been told I can at the last minute.It will mean doing the events twice but I got it.

So in a strongman comp, if you "crossover", you have to do the events twice? Interesting.
If you "crossover" in PLing you still just make your 9 attempts, you're just competing in 2 divisions.
