Feb 14, 2017 The past six months have been a shitstorm of work and more work. Training has been pretty much non existant. Going just here an there. Ive managed to be consistant and back on track with diet and training for two weeks now. I compete on March 18th .The only goals this year at this point are to smash masters class . Current lifts: 395 dead 315 squat 185 log 195 bench Shits gone down and its disappointing . However it is coming back quickly and Im hoping the break actually did me some good. Since 2003 Ive never taken such a large break .
