I've seen this product offered in caps as well.

Anyone have any experience other then injecting?
Caps are good for digestive healing and reducing systemic inflammation. You won't see it healing wounds outside the digestive tract, but reducing inflammation could be reason enough to take it. What is the precursor for all disease? Inflammation.

Hey there, popping into give my experience as well.

Had a full RC tear in my left shoulder last year, surgery to repair the tear was on 11/6/24. I'm now 3 mos post surgery, see the doc tomorrow for a follow up.
I started BPC 157 along with TB 500 injections the week of the surgery. I started off with daily injections of both. Then sort of tapered off to every other day as of a few weeks ago.
I think it has helped overall! I truly do.

HOLY SHEET! I have not done either for nearly that long and my body is rebelling.
Yeah, its rough sometimes. As I get closer to 50 my body is just like "fuck this" a lot of the time...lol I haven't been able to train like I should in almost 10 months because of one injury or another. I think when I do get back it's going to be more in a teaching capacity. I have greater functional strength than I ever have, my strikes are harder than they have ever been and I can normally take out the blue and purple belts pretty easily even if they are much bigger than me. The cost is both knees shot, both shoulders fucked, bone chips in my knuckles, knees and elbows, hernia , and a blown disk in my neck.

25 years. You are OG then!! 8 years and I feel beat up as fuck some days especially with some of these young athletes! LMAO
Oh just wait...lol I remember when I tested for my brown belt I did so with a blown knee (Torn patella tendon and meniscus) two cracked ribs and a concussion. I know how you feel about some of these younger guys. I have a few in their 20's who wrestled in college and are now mid level 240+ pound blue belts who push me harder than I'd like to admit.

I still train at 56 but I go lighter. Only way I can stay sparring and grappling.

My buddy tried the capsules as he's not a fan of injecting anything. He didn't notice remotely close to what I experienced. Only a slight improvement in mobility but no pain/inflammation relief. He tried the capsules for 30 days.

One additional piece to note, I've noticed if I combine any amount of GH, I got EXTREME joint stiffness. My assumption is all the increased growth tissues from both was too much for my body. As soon as I stopped the GH, the joint pain disappeared in a couple of days.

I don’t compete anymore due to not having the time to get injured. (Lol). Ex college wrestler so I understand the mentality but now in my 50’s I chill more and more and let the younger guys dictate the pace and will slow it down as much as possible.

I have been on it for about 6 weeks now.

Had a shoulder injury. Any pressing motions were met with pain.

Pain has reduced significantly and I also feed like my workout recovery is faster overall
