No protein powders just BCAA powder MPA muscle Intrusion and peri md and agmatine plus electrolyte powder from TN and agmatine. Drink 1/3rd before during and after wo. Slam some water and glycerol pwo. Then liquid egg whites/yogurt drink at home about one hour before first powo meal. Handful of skittles immediately after last set on legs o. Leg day.

Right now....

Baby aspirin
caffeine tab in the am
5-10mg Melatonin at night
2-3 grams of mixed EPA/DHA from Kirkland fish oil (7-10 gelcaps half am/pm)
Peanut powder
Salt
Maybe a dextrose/Gatorade drink for intra.
5-10,000iu D3 / day.


I usually have a whey drink of sort in there, but not lately.

How i look at "health" supp's is dependent on whether i'm pushing the AAS and labs. I have never really had elevated glucose levels, but I do like taking berberine time to time. I like to focus more on the heart healthy supp's when pushing the gas, and especially on orals.

I'll add in creatine when it's cheaper.
I'll throw in ephedrine and yohimbine when cutting down.
I like the idea of using nattokinase, and took it for a long time myself. Will add back in at some point soon.
I like using astragalus for kidneys.
K2 I will take as well if pushing the gas, or long-term regardless. Need to get more.
Magnesium at night if I have it.

I'm also not against using a low-dose statin if it is needed, or BP meds if needed.

There's going to be a lot I missed...but the above is my 'staple' of supp's I use, and it's what the thread is about.:)

Wheybolic and GNC Megamen multi pack is all you really need.
