So Matt, just curious you've posted three things since January all videos of you, somethings start to smell like spam but what do I know.

Join up in some of the conversations. I see where Halo is coming from. As this is a forum and most folks dont just throw up videos and leave it at that .

How does this squat feel on your knee?

Ok,i think i will.they feel just like a regular backsquat, knee's feel fine..i'm sitting back just like a regular back squat,so the bulk of the load placed on the hips, glutes, hamstrings and a little bit on the quads.

Well you did it without killing yourself and for a moment I had my doubts, looks like a great way to fuck your self up, as the balance seems precarious at best.
Good job, I myself will not be trying it anytime soon with that much weight to land on me....lol

Congrats on the lift. Personally though I think assisting lifts should build strength and not test it.

So where do you dump the weight if you fail without breaking your leg or neck?

I was thinking the same thing when he started to get stuck. Cant dump that shit without crushing that leg. nice job, not a lift for me though.

I see absolutely ZERO benefit to doing this yet see multiple injury possibilities, do you also do 1 armed barbell curls as well? Don't know who you thought you were trying to impress with this!
