Alright guysso making good progress now on my squat - looking to do 220kg in about 6-8weeks so was just seeing what you guys thought i could do to make it easier to get?

stop linking anything to that music for starters....gawd that was like the fukking benny hill show on loop.

Looks like (tough angle to tell) that your shoulders are driving down a bit....are you completely on your heels or do you feel like you have some pressure on the balls of your feet? If you don't feel like you're sitting back, box squats and a safety squat bar can help....IF done properly..

Keep that chest up a little more and spread the floor would be my other recco's.

I'll second the box squats and SSB work. A bit of advise though, make sure you put the air in your belly and not your chest. I speak from experience when I say it will knock you out cold.
