squats only worthy or not?

    Is it ok if i only do squats for quads. Every other exercise for my quads hurts my knees?

    Sounds like you don't have any other options, if it's only exercise you can do.
    I just think if you can squat without hurt, there should be some exercises you can also do. Have you really tried each one of possible exercises?
    Have you tried different position of your feet on Hack-squat?
    You can get stronger quads by squatting, and maybe you able to do other exercises because of that in the future.

    Front squats will work the hell out of your quads. Don't need anything else.

    change your foot position when u do leg press - try going really wide or really narrow, or really high or really low. Maybe take some joint formula too. Leg extensions are important IMO for quad growth so I wouldn't leave those out
