I guess this belongs in weight loss since b12 makes you feel fuller, plus it's a supplement.... So some folks on YouTube are claiming that spirulina has a version of b12 that your body cause, and even competes for absorption, causing some problems. I was just getting ready to order a tub of spirulina and chlorella and take both by the table spoon full. Should I even listen to these dudes on YouTube? I suppose theirs a reason they just sprinkle a little spirulina in those superfood drinks. Many it can mees you up? Thoughts?
