Got a shoulder day in this morning. I promise legs are coming lol! I will hit them tomorrow morning. I'm ready to grow these bad boys again and get some striations.

Felt pretty damn good this morning. It takes my body quite a bit to wake up and get moving in the mornings. I am usually pretty stiff. Really need to do some dynamic stretching before lifting but I am fucking stubborn and don't have much time. I try to at least get blood flowing a little bit on before I go. Feeling good with where I am going. I had a few nights that I gave into severe stress and drank my face off, so I put back on some water and inflammation but it's all coming back off. Still doing pretty good with the alcohol though and now I am at a point that I am really comfortable saying I won't be drinking further and knowing I won't. I'll just roll up a fatty and sink into the couch, and try not to eat the house down. I was sitting at 267 fasted this morning before the gym. For now I would like to focus on getting down to 230 and then making new goals from there. Here is a pic post workout from today. Don't mind the couch, I had an interview after the workout...... :D

Easing back into legs. I’m gonna have to save legs for the weekend. I don’t have it in me to get the most of them at 5am. Good start back, nonetheless. Weighing 266 fasted this morning. Looking forward to getting down to 250 for now. That’s what’s on the very short term. Hoping by February. Then continue on to 230. I think I will look pretty great dropping down to that. Here’s to it.

Those wheels are looking good IS. Glad you're grinding hard again. What's the end goal? Just to get back? Body composition change or a show?

Man, I'm not sure if I will ever step on stage. I almost have a few times and I lose my mental because of it and life stress. Right now, just wanna feel good and look good and continue dropping BF. Have a lot of changes taking place right now, so I will have some obstacles soon that I will need to work around, but I have to somehow. Right now, being consistent and getting up every day and going so early is a huge part. Also, really wanting to get my health back on track man.
