Got a shoulder day in this morning. I promise legs are coming lol! I will hit them tomorrow morning. I'm ready to grow these bad boys again and get some striations.

Felt pretty damn good this morning. It takes my body quite a bit to wake up and get moving in the mornings. I am usually pretty stiff. Really need to do some dynamic stretching before lifting but I am fucking stubborn and don't have much time. I try to at least get blood flowing a little bit on before I go. Feeling good with where I am going. I had a few nights that I gave into severe stress and drank my face off, so I put back on some water and inflammation but it's all coming back off. Still doing pretty good with the alcohol though and now I am at a point that I am really comfortable saying I won't be drinking further and knowing I won't. I'll just roll up a fatty and sink into the couch, and try not to eat the house down. I was sitting at 267 fasted this morning before the gym. For now I would like to focus on getting down to 230 and then making new goals from there. Here is a pic post workout from today. Don't mind the couch, I had an interview after the workout......
