No time for cardio today
Had absolutely no strength this morning and was really tired. We all have those days. Still feels good to be back in here killing it. I will be switching back to my pre-exhaust method with intensity techniques in each working set soon. Here’s a pic from today. Sitting at 268 right now, got some work to do.
