I guess I’m going to start logging again since my dawg @Go Away is back at it. Help us keep each other accountable. Here’s my workout from this morning.

Incline BB bench

135 x 15

225 x 12, 10, 10

205 x 8



Flat DB bench

100’s x 8, 6, 5 3/4



Isolateral hammer strength press (3 sec eccentric)

110 x 12

165 x 8, 8, failure



V-bar cable tricep press downs

150 x 15, 12, 12, 12



Pec deck fly

120 x 12

140 x 12, 12, 12



No time for cardio today

Had absolutely no strength this morning and was really tired. We all have those days. Still feels good to be back in here killing it. I will be switching back to my pre-exhaust method with intensity techniques in each working set soon. Here’s a pic from today. Sitting at 268 right now, got some work to do.

Any size difference you might see is likely just fluid and glycogen related. Just give yourself a good week of some good sessions, and you'll be having to wear trash bags again in no time.

Back Day

Seated row, angled 45 degrees, pronated grip

Hammer Strength isolateral seated overhead row, neutral inside grip - 3 sec eccentric
1pps x 12, 12, 12, 12

T-bar row, pronated grip
2 plates x 12, 12, 12, 12

Straight arm pushdowns from cable lat pull
50 x 12, 12, 12, 12
