Do you get cheat meals or refeed days? I mean it’s still a good amount of food right now. I imagine that will come later? Main thing is you’re eating healthier. That will go a long way. Have you gotten tired of eating same shit yet?
Aren’t there zero calorie sauces out there? That actually taste good? Pretty sure there are. Want to say some bodybuilders sponsor some. Heard on a podcast here and there but unfortunately don’t remember the names. I bet @genetic freak knows.I don’t right now. Those should definitely come later. He’s really focused on me leaning down. I’m getting there but have had some headaches. I’ll post a pic from last week. Hell yeah I get tired of it. My big thing is I. Wouldn’t get tired of it if I could cover it in fucking bbq sauce or something. It’s the dryness that fucks with me. The off days help with no rice and olive oil.

G. Hughs has a couple that taste pretty good. Thai Chili is my go to. His sugar free ketchup is better than any other that I have tried. The good thing is you can pick these up at Walmart. Walden Farms has the best sugar free BBQ sauces I have tried. Sometimes you can find them at local grocery stores, like the mom and pop stores, if not they are on Amazon.Aren’t there zero calorie sauces out there? That actually taste good? The Walden Farms stuff is kind of runny with a strong vinegar taste. Some people love that type of BBQ. I would actually mix the G. Hughs and Walden Farms BBQ together, because they are almost polar opposites in taste and texture.Yessss G. Hughes, that’s what I need to get. I forgot about his stuff. Thanks brother. I lm not a fan of the Walden farm stuff beyond the syrup.
