I make a buffalo sauce with Frank's. Well, I guess you can't say I "make" anything aside from adding a few things TO Frank's hot sauce. But I don't add any butter. Calories are virtually zero. It does have sodium, though.
First time I made it, the recipe called for a whole stick of butter, which kind of fucked my macro's. I dropped it to a half the next time and didn't notice any difference. This time, I didn't add any, and I still didn't notice any difference. So I just count my buffalo chicken as regular chicken breast.
