Hahaha too funny! All my certs are through ISSA and I have the following:
Strength and conditioning specialist
Fitness nutrition specialist
Working on exercise therapy right now but had to put it of for a bit to get some other things going. They offer an associates program in exercise science and that's what I'm currently pursuing.
And the wheels being a weak spot are mainly because when I was younger and ignorant to proper training, I was the guy that did leg day maybe once a month if that and didn't take it serious. So for about 2 year I over developed my upper body and after learning a lot, I realized the imbalance I had created. So maybe it just a mental thing now. You know like people that have been really overweight and it mind shafts em so hard and much to not get back there, similar to that lol!
