Nice! I couldn't do it. I would get fat as shit with that many carbs. I am super carb sensitive.

Nice! I couldn't do it. I would get fat as shit with that many carbs. I am super carb sensitive.

It depends on the carbs for me. Some things I’ll blow up. But the way it’s planned with these meals, I’ll drop weight fast. Getting my body back into efficient operation right now and it feels good. All the muscle in the world can’t replace good health, and that’s what I’m remembering now. My labs were good but my lipids were jacked. Working hard this first month to get this in good ranges while working towards my goals.

Finished off day cardio. 30 mins in the bike, average heart rate around 140bpm then 15 mins in the sauna.
I’m glad that I have to do cardio now. It’s much needed. All of my labs were great a few weeks ago but they didn’t run my lipids. So I went yesterday and had them tan. They were wrecked. I think it’s mostly due to not being strict with myself, drinking, no cardio, shit food, etc. I’m gonna have them tan again in a month and see where they are at. They should be way better. So for now, I’ll be cruising on 250mg test a week and not starting my next cycle until lipids are in check. Going to supplement a lot more health supps in now as well.

Yep, all those things will definitely impact your lipids. Also, if you ran any orals recently they will throw them out of whack. Even anavar.

Yeah definitely think the Var helped Jack them up.

Today is an off day. On my off days I’ll be doing 30 minutes of steady state cardio with heart rate in the 125-135 range. I’ll likely alternate different types of cardio for this. On training days I’ll be doing 15 mins of the same cardio included with my training.

Here is what I’ll be eating for a bit.

Training days

M1- 2 scoops of whey isolate, 100g blueberries, 90g oats.

M2 Pre training- 160g cooked chicken breast, 230g cooked white rice, 100g green veggies.

M3 Post training- 2 scoops of whey isolate, 90g cream of rice, 1 banana.

M4- 160g cooked chicken breast, 230g cooked white rice, 100g green veggies.

M5- 2 scoops of whey isolate, 50g oats, 25g of almonds.

M6- 160g cooked 92-93% lean ground beef, 2 whole eggs, 100g green veggies.

Non-Training days

M1- 2 scoops of whey isolate, 100g blueberries, 90g oats.

M2- 160g cooked chicken breast, 100g green veggies, 30g olive oil

M3- 2 scoops whey isolate, 40g of almonds.

M4- 160g cooked chicken breast, 100g green veggies, 30g olive oil

M5- 2 scoops whey isolate, 40g of almonds.

M6- 160g cooked 92-93% lean ground beef, 2 whole eggs, 100g green veggies.

Yum. Lol. Probably why I will never be at an elite level. Well that and I started seriously lifting when I was too old. I doubt I could eat like that. I eat a hell of a lot better than I used to but I don’t think I could eat that strict. Have you eaten like that before?

Using anything special for seasoning?

What supps are u using for lipids?

Citrus Bergamot lowered my ldl in half! This is what I used-
Citrus Bergamot Supplement - Only Patented, Clinically Proven Bergamot Extract - 1,000mg Servings (Bergamonte Standardization, Sourced from Italy and Manufactured in USA) (60 Capsules) by Double Wood https://a.co/d/dr4CsGx

Just make sure it has the standardized ‘Bergamonte’ in it if u want to use different brand. That’s what all the studies used. I just know this brand works. And when it comes to supplements I always try to use what someone I know says worked for them because there’s too much fake, under dosed crap out there. I tried fast acting niacin but could not handle the recommended dosages. So I took half the dose. Didn’t help my HDL. Now I am taking a bunch of fish oil, krill oil and flaxseed oil. But don’t know yet if it’s helping. I get bloodwork every 6 months or so and still have awhile to go before next one.

Have any suggestions yourself?

Man I appreciate the hell out of this. Definitely fish oils 2-3g a day. Changing my diet and stopping alcohol, and adding cardio will be the biggest game changer for me with lipids. I need to check into the bergamot. I haven’t heard of or used it before. I’ll give it a try. I’ll post a pic of health supps I’ll be starting soon. I’m taking a few already but gotta add more.

Hahaha look at that bro. My coach actually has that on my list to get and use. I’ll be grabbing all of this tonight so these should definitely help with a few things. These are all the health supps my coach has me on for now.

Nice! I use all of those. Just different brands. I’m sure he wouldn’t steer u wrong. Those brands are definitely good brands. Oh wait. I honestly didn’t notice shit from nutracoast tucda. I had elevated liver enzymes for years. I use doublewoods now but I also dieted real hard over the summer and got rid of my fatty liver. Was probably more from the diet than the tucda though. I was taking other liver supps also this time. Like NAC, milk thistle and choline. But haven’t been a fan of nutracoast since. But honestly might not have mattered if it was a different brand. That first time I only added tucda for three months. Didn’t diet or anything else. Just know it didn’t change my liver enzymes only adding nutracoast tucda. And again, tucda probably won’t help a fatty liver. I think it’s more to help prevent more damage and allow liver to heal itself. But a fatty liver isn’t damage. Have to get rid of that visceral fat. Another one I think is super good when dieting is Berberine. You probably know this already but it helps keep your blood sugar low which lowers insulin levels which helps you use more body at for energy. Might be a good addition. Ask your coach about it. The one I take also has cylon cinnamon which is also good for blood sugar. I don’t use it when bulking though because it inhibits mTor. Which is probably bad for muscle growth. But it’s awesome when dieting.

Shit I sent you the supps from my girls program lmao. Mine is very similar but has more on it. He did include berberine. That’s one supposed that I’ve recently learned about and learning more about. It sounds awesome and something that I could benefit from a lot, especially running gh, even at low dose. Rather be safe than anything. I’ve learned over the years that maintaining good blood glucose is so damn imperative to growth and everything working efficiently. Thanks for letting me know about nutracoast. I may look around and compare and check reviews. I usually do with anything I buy, especially if it’s going in my body. Really appreciate all the chat and feedback brother.

Lol. Cool! Yeah man. I love learning about this stuff. There is a Muscle Minds Podcast where Scott Stevenson talks about Berberine. He talks about how it affects mTOR. Shouldn’t be hard to find. But let me know if u can’t find it and want a listen. I’ll try to find it.
