She absolutely is. Complete psychopath. I do as well, and hoping it pays her a visit soon. Thank you, I really appreciate it. The birthday was the best I’ve had in years. Such genuine time with the kids and lady. And I’m trying to look somewhat decent lol seeing some of you on here really makes me want to cut. I’m hoping so as well. I think it will be a blessing in disguise. Thank you for the kind words.

I’m still around just been logging on UG instead of both places. All is going well with my. I’m on terminal leave until December and I’m done with the military. Beat everything in court and ended up getting permanent custody of my kids.

I’m sitting at 245 lbs bodyweight right now. I’m shooting for 250. I’ve never been this heavy before. Here’s a current progress pic. Hope everyone is doing well.

Nice work and looking good brother!

Carpal tunnel... If you are using any pump supplements or cialis this will make it worse. If you know there is an exercise that is going to use a lot of grip strength and it may be a limiting factor you could move it earlier in the workout, before the pump really impacts the forearms and wrists.
