Heartburn on leg day or when doing deadlifts is rough. Are you running any tren right now? For me, tren and deadlifts are a recipe for heartburn.

Yeah, it hasn’t bothered me before. But maybe that could have something to do with it, because I take rabeprazole for it.

Sitting at 243 BW today. Felt great today. I haven’t went heavy in a long time, so I decided to today. It was nice to have a spotter for that. I usually lift alone and don’t have one. A guy in the gym didn’t mind spotting and I felt good, so I pushed the weight a bit.

Every single one of us suffers from body dysmorphia. We either think we are smaller, larger, thinner or fatter than we actually are. At least you are realistic.

I love the dudes who always underestimate their bodyfat. You can see in my profile photo I have vascularity all over. If I lift up my shirt, I have veins running over my abs, obliques, chest, etc... That is a genuine 10%. I hear guys all the time tell me they are 10% when they are really 16-18% then I tell them I am 10% and they never believe it. Why? Because they do not want to admit they are nowhere near 10%.

You’re absolutely right man. You nailed it. Lmao dude 80% of people are like that. I’m like naw man you’re not even close to 10% lol. I might even be higher than 20 right now. I know how lean even 15% is and I’m not that. I try to keep it real with myself and everyone else, but sometimes I’m wrong on the positive or negative lol. Appreciate your support bro.
