Good work brother and I like the sauna after training. I prefer the tanning bed, but anything to get a little heat on the muscles after a workout is good.
If you are not using an elbow sleeve, you should get one. I started having issues at the elbow, probably from heavy hammer curls. I bought some Iron Bull sleeves off Amazon, because it was really hurting my lifts and they are cheap. It wasn't just hurting my curls, but pressing and pulling. The sleeves are magic. Once my arm swells up with blood and the sleeve gets tight I can't even feel the elbow pain anymore. Just make sure and take it off every once in a while to the let the blood flow, because the pump in your forearm will get so bad you can't get a proper grip.
I usually prefer tanning after the gym as well. I need to renew my membership. My girl and I usually workout and then tan together. It’s a nice little time alone and therapy session.
Funny you mention the sleeves. I literally said something about that to my girlfriend today that I should probably look into some and was going to start researching. I’m glad you said something I’ve felt it in some of my presses too but the curling is terrible. I need to get a grip on it before it really sets me back. I’m gonna look those iron bull sleeves up and probably snag them. I’ve been using analgesic patches on it and they help but only temporarily. Thanks again for the tip brother.
