Good work brother and I like the sauna after training. I prefer the tanning bed, but anything to get a little heat on the muscles after a workout is good.

If you are not using an elbow sleeve, you should get one. I started having issues at the elbow, probably from heavy hammer curls. I bought some Iron Bull sleeves off Amazon, because it was really hurting my lifts and they are cheap. It wasn't just hurting my curls, but pressing and pulling. The sleeves are magic. Once my arm swells up with blood and the sleeve gets tight I can't even feel the elbow pain anymore. Just make sure and take it off every once in a while to the let the blood flow, because the pump in your forearm will get so bad you can't get a proper grip.

I usually prefer tanning after the gym as well. I need to renew my membership. My girl and I usually workout and then tan together. It’s a nice little time alone and therapy session.

Funny you mention the sleeves. I literally said something about that to my girlfriend today that I should probably look into some and was going to start researching. I’m glad you said something I’ve felt it in some of my presses too but the curling is terrible. I need to get a grip on it before it really sets me back. I’m gonna look those iron bull sleeves up and probably snag them. I’ve been using analgesic patches on it and they help but only temporarily. Thanks again for the tip brother.

Yeah I'm on 150 mg/w Test Enanthate. That's it and has been for a couple of months now. Before that it was Test and Primo. I have been off tren for at least 6 months now. Last time I was using it I was on 300 mg/w tren and 400 mg/w test e. My coach has me going in the direction of less is better.
I'm actually dreading what my coach says. He's trying to reprogram my thinking on ALL aspects and all I can do is think of is HIT 1 body part a day 6-8 reps heavy as fuck.. and do as much gear as possible.

WHICH. Is not his mentality now that I'm not 25 anymore. I hate not being 25. Just sayin'

hahaha I hate not being 40.... or 50....

Seriously, my coach is talking about using AAS in very small doses compared to what you hear about. He says there is a movement in that direction among some elite athletes who are still getting great results. Small doses of gear, with spot on training and diet is what he is pushing these days.

Thanks for that. I am 56 going on 57 in the fall. I won USS Strongman national title for masters when I was 50. I beat out a field of 20 other masters, a majority of whom were in their young 40's. LOL.

I think its a combination of good genes, and I haven't ever smoked or drank a lot of alcohol, nor have I done hard drugs other than AAS. And I have always exercised.

You're looking huge these days. You going for some power lifting goals, or something else?

I feel like I remember when you did that. Wasn’t that the monster status time frame? Man that’s great. And I definitely think all of that comes into play. You look great brother. Thanks dude, I’ve been back at it hard. Nothing really powerlifting, honestly it’s just been more about getting back to me and what I love. I haven’t been back at it like this or this focused in years. I’m considering maybe doing a show next year after I get out of the army. As for now, mainly just therapy and doing it for me bro.

Lmao I’m sitting in the sauna just kicking my legs cuz they don’t touch the floor and this guy comes in and sits down and his feet go straight to the floor. Then I realized I was kicking my feet and I'm short

And unfortunately that’s all folks. Workout got cut short due to kids. We go to the Y on the weekends and use the child care there while we workout. If your kid cries for more than 15 minutes they call you to come get them. I was excited about today. I haven’t hit chest and back together in a long time. Oh well, I think my body needs a break any way. Sitting at 237 today.
