I’ve been wanting to get back on here and my

Update on me

I’m currently sitting around 233-238 prob about 20% body fat, so I have some leaning to do. Trying to maintain size and cut down on BF aggressively. Sounds conflicting, but we know it’s possible.

I’ll upload some current pics soon and get my workout from today up later
