Someone motivate my unmotivated ass!! Finally have some extra time to get back on here and get my shit together. Everyone call me fat and tell me I'm a pussy, and a shame of a man. That I've let myself go and I need to get it together!

Things the past two years have been a mess. Finally out of all that and planning to get my focus back and to be more active on here like before. I've missed the log section like crazy, and The den all together. Schedule is still a little difficult since the divorce and time sharing of my daughter, but I can make shit happen. Moved back to my old town and joined a new gym. New gym isn't too bad, but it's not the old school feel I'm used to. I have access to two of the clubs and one of the clubs offers a little more room and equipment. Looking to getting back at it and hoping to actually get to logging my workouts. Hope all is well with all of you

First day back in there today to get the ball rolling again. Not gonna lie, felt like a piece of shit. But I feel great getting that sluggish workout out of the way. I think within 2-3 weeks I'll be able to start getting back at it a lot harder. Just working myself back in.

What are you weighing in at?
Also, not bad for a return to lifting workout. 225x8(twice) and 245x4 after a long layout is not a bad start at all. Hopefully, life stays out of the way and you get your fat, shameful, pussy ass back in there more often :D

Hahaha! That's what I'm talking about! I'm weighing in at 215. Was recently down to 200 back in sept and was looking pretty decent. This 15 is pure fat lol! Thanks man, shouldn't take long to shed.

Started recording my workout tonight and forgot to continue recording halfway through. It's crazy how fatigued I get so quickly. I forgot what it felt like to look and feel this way. Now I remember why I got so obsessed in the first place

Way to get back on the wagon... I was in a similar situation. Couldn't hit the gym for about three months. After being in the best shape of my life, I blew up like a damn balloon. Started hitting it hard in September again, already have increased my PR in all of the big 3.

Hell yeah man, that's some shit I need to hear right now. Thanks G. Crazy how fast you can blow up. It seriously felt like I just woke up one day and was like what the fuck? I have to shave everyday now for my job and that beard being gone showed me how fat my face got lol!! It's good to be back man.
